Salary circa £26k, Depending on Experience plus companywide benefits.

This role is a market-based role where the successful candidate will support and learn from activities within operations and with a view to being developed and if successful succession planned into permanent management level roles within a factory.
When required this role will require working at our factories around the UK to support food safety and quality activities.
An appetite for learning new skills around compliance, project management, problem solving and digital tools. Strong people skills are essential due to having to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
