As Head of Operations, you are a key leader of the first line management team and will oversee the day-to-day operations of the region, driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance, efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with strategic goals, delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
You are responsible for leading the operational team, developing, and implementing strategies, and managing resources to achieve company objectives with gross profit responsibility for the site.
This role involves a mix of strategic planning and direct management, requiring strong leadership, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
We are looking for a talented leader with 5+ years experience in a senior operational management role, with a proven track record of success. The successful candidate will have gained this experience within manufacturing and have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations or related field.
