As Operations Manager you will play a vital role in enhancing the experience of our resorts, showcasing your excellent customer service and management skills to ensure the smooth running of the resort. Reporting to the Resort Manager you will be assisting with the management of the Childcare, Waterfront and Sports departments. You will help maximise the profitability of these departments whilst maintaining an excellent standard of service. You will be a self‑motiving individual with strong leadership skills and have the ability to motivate staff at all levels to reach excellence.
