Are you an experienced Operations Manager within the Pump Services industry?

Do you have experience running your own branch?

Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting an Operations Manager to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to manage the engineers across multiple sites across the UK and ensure all operations are running smoothly throughout the business.

In return, our client is offering a salary of £70,000P/A depending on experience + bonus.

Responsibilities

• Labour Planning and Scheduling of the engineering team
• Material Procurement and delivery coordination to avoid delays
• Technical oversight to support the engineering department
• Health & Safety compliance including RAMS, toolbox talks, site conduct
• Cost control and variation management to protect profitability
• Clients relationship management, ensuring developer expectations are met and escalations are handled proactively
• Proactive and reactive planning of the day to day operations
• To support recruitment

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Operations Management
• Previous experience within the pump servcing industry.
• UK Driving license
• Self motivated personality that will be able to be firm, but fair with the team
• A driven individual who will take pride in getting the sites running to the peak of their abilities
