A prominent healthcare services provider in Greater London is looking for an urgent Operations Manager to oversee operations in a busy healthcare building services environment. Candidates must have strong M&E Building Services technical competence and exceptional communication skills to liaise between the operations team and clients. The role involves addressing recurring infrastructure issues and planning effectively. On-site parking is available. The aim is to appoint someone by Christmas 2025, or January 2026.

Job description

An urgent permanent Operations Manager required for a busy Healthcare Building Services Environment in the South London area of London.

Must be highly M&E Building Services technically competent.

Reporting into the Account Director you will be the go to for many issues across the sprawling site, from the operations team to the client liaison in a fast paced environment.

Clear communication skills are a must as the technical expert.

This particular site has lots of reoccurring issues with age and infrastructure which needs constant addressing and planning as well as being able to describe these issues in laments team to the wider team and multiple stakeholders.
