Job description

Overview

Project-based Operations Manager role for the rest of the ice cream season (until the end of September/early October). We are seeking a candidate with a positive attitude and proactive approach who can hit the ground running and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team – rosters and any issues, ensuring the standards we’ve set are maintained.
• Ensure orders are placed for consumables (serviettes, spoons, ice cream, etc.).
• Manage relationships with the different locations we are at.
• Create quotes for events we receive inquiries for.
• Manage the logistics of these events (transport/order coordination, etc.).
• Assist with ad hoc tasks required for the business.
• Outreach to brands/locations for collaboration or opportunities to be at events.
• Manage the calendar of events.

Requirements

• Experience: Required
• Languages: English – Advanced
• Employment: Part-time
• Schedule: Min 2-3 hours daily during the week; some weekend support may be required
• Salary: £18 – £25 hourly
• Starting time: Immediate start
