Salary: £50,000 - £56,000 + Bonus

Job Summary:

We are currently representing an exciting new opportunity on behalf of our industry leading client based at their site in the West Midlands region.

We’re now looking for a hands‑on Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, meet volume, quality and cost targets and consistently exceed customer expectations for safety, service and efficiency.

Main Duties:

  • Provide strong leadership for daily operations and future improvements.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, regulations and policies.
  • Support achievement of sales, operating profit, volume and margin targets.
  • Monitor operations to meet customer and site‑specific KPIs.
  • Manage inventory levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Health, Safety and Environmental performance.

Person Specification.

  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance.
  • Knowledge of 5S or 6S is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with internal management systems and site installations.
  • Well‑rounded Operational experience and ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Strong computer proficiency and ideally systems experience.
