Job summary

A well-established logistics business is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a busy 3PL site in Droitwich. The role requires managing a team of about 25 staff, overseeing warehouse operations, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in a warehouse environment. This position offers a salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, with Monday to Friday working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams within a warehouse or 3PL environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a positive, performance-driven culture.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety standards (NEBOSH / IOSH desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of supervisors and operatives.
• Oversee all warehouse operational functions while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Manage stock control, site KPIs, reporting and operational documentation.
