Operations Lead

We are supporting a fast-growing professional services firm with an exciting new Operations / Project Manager role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to drive operational excellence as the firm expands its PRO services offering, including training workshops, coaching, and 1:1 sessions.

The Role

This is a permanent hire that needs to move quickly. You’ll support the operational and project delivery of the PRO function, working closely with teams in both Europe and the US.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and executive support
  • Compiling, analysing, and presenting data
  • Issuing psychometric tests, surveys, and questionnaires
  • Liaising across time zones and supporting a global delivery model
  • Streamlining processes and helping introduce more efficient systems and automation
  • Ensuring smooth integration of PRO services with wider operations
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will bring strong transferable skills—ideally from executive search, consulting, training, or similar environments—and be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. Experience using a CRM system is essential, along with confidence managing data and supporting process improvements.
