A leading professional services firm in Greater London is seeking an Operations Lead to support the operational and project delivery of their PRO function. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include scheduling, data analysis, and streamlining processes. We are supporting a fast-growing professional services firm with an exciting new Operations / Project Manager role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to drive operational excellence as the firm expands its PRO services offering, including training workshops, coaching, and 1:1 sessions.
This is a permanent hire that needs to move quickly. You’ll support the operational and project delivery of the PRO function, working closely with teams in both Europe and the US.
The ideal candidate will bring strong transferable skills—ideally from executive search, consulting, training, or similar environments—and be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. Experience using a CRM system is essential, along with confidence managing data and supporting process improvements.
