A specialist children's home provider in East Lancashire is seeking a Day-to-Day Operations Lead to ensure smooth running of operations, provide leadership in residential practice, and promote therapeutic care. Step into a newly created role that brings structure, support, and leadership to everyday residential practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the culture of a small, specialist children's home in East Lancashire.

Responsibilities
  • Leading on daily operational and administrative tasks to keep the home running smoothly
  • Ensuring care plans, reports, and documentation are accurate and timely
  • Providing hands-on guidance to the team and modelling best practice
  • Supporting safeguarding practice through oversight and coaching
  • Delivering reflective supervision and embedding a strong team culture
  • Promoting therapeutic, relationship-led care in line with children's needs
