The Be The Change (BTC) Group is seeking to appoint a Worcester Operations Director. The main scope of this role is to ensure the successful day-to-day running of BTC’s two Worcester venues. The insight this individual will have on the running of these venues will help inform BTC’s overall growth & development strategy, leading it to further increase its reach in Worcester & beyond.
