My client, a reputable Manufacturing company are looking for an Operations Director to lead and transform operations across three UK manufacturing sites. You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, Lean transformation, automation strategy, and sustainable performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-site manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Develop and execute operational strategy aligned with corporate goals
  • Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 initiatives
  • Oversee CAPEX, automation projects, and continuous improvement
  • Build a high-performing operations team and embed a culture of excellence
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
About You
  • Degree in Engineering or Industrial Management (MBA a plus)
