Are you a great leader of Catering Teams with a genuine passion for exemplary service? We have a new opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Director to join our team, covering sites predominantly throughout Scotland and North England.

This role is within our Business & Industry division, catering for those within the workplace. We are one of the industry's largest and most innovative contract caterers, offering menus available to pre-order and with in-app payment.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating a culture of excellent customer experience
  • Ensuring legal and company compliance
  • Driving financial growth and exceeding targets
  • Building and maintaining external client relationships
  • Overseeing Operations Management
  • Recruiting, supporting, training, and developing the operations team
  • Supporting sales team with site visits and bids

Travel required: This field-based role requires travel to sites throughout Scotland and North England (company car provided).

Candidate requirements:
  • Extensive experience in contract catering within a multi-site senior management role
  • Experience in Business & Industry environment preferred
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Leadership and team motivation skills
  • Confidence in P&L management
