As an Operations Apprentice, you’ll gain hands‑on experience and training in the world of food manufacturing, contributing to our goal of delivering top‑quality food products while earning a Level 6 Food Manufacturing Management Qualification with the University of Lincoln. This diverse apprenticeship program will give you a strong foundation in production, supply chain management, and food science within the UK’s largest manufacturing sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Operations Degree Apprentice, you’ll have the opportunity to work with our experienced teams and learn the essentials of the food production process, including:

• Food Production Process: Gain an understanding of essential and advanced production skills, helping to produce high‑quality products while contributing to sustainability targets.
• Meeting Production Standards: Support the team in achieving production targets to the highest possible standards.
• Quality Assurance: Work with Shift Managers, Line Leaders & our experienced Technical departments to ensure each product specification is met.
• Safety and Hygiene: Help maintain a clean and safe working area, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations within the team.
• Audit Assistance: Participate in internal and external audits, contributing to the department’s goal of exceeding standards.
