Salary: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Days of Work: 5 days out of 7.

Role: Operations Assistant

Open all year round, our Operations Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests. You will also complete general maintenance tasks, so a basic knowledge of using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating is desirable. Passionate about the little details, you understand the importance of delivering your daily tasks in a timely and competent manner. Responsibilities

• Ensure hot tubs are in perfect working order daily.
• Perform general maintenance tasks, basic tool use, machinery fixing, and decorating as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistent with brand standards.
• Complete tasks in a timely and competent manner.

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17

• 16 years: £7.55 per hour
• 17 years: £10.00 per hour
