Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to support the integration of automated IT / OT systems at our clients site in alignment with internal procedures and standards. This role represents the IT O&L Process Integration team part of the broader IT O&L Manufacturing Connectivity group and will be instrumental across various project phases focusing on tools and services provided by the client.

Hybrid - 1 day a week from home

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between project stakeholders and the IT O&L Process Integration team;
  • Provide technical support throughout all phases of industrial automation projects from initial study to final implementation;
  • Collaborate closely with System Leads and global third‑party IT teams to resolve technical issues;
  • Participate actively in on‑site activities including coordination with internal teams and external suppliers;
  • Ensure smooth integration of automated systems within production environments at the Pirbright site;
  • Contribute to ancillary activities related to the broader mission of the IT O&L Process Integration team depending on workload and project needs.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Prior experience working within the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Solid understanding of industrial computing environments;
  • Strong technical knowledge of automated industrial systems;
  • Familiarity with client / server IT infrastructure and networking principles;
