Job Vacancy: Operations Support

Location: Huntingdon
Hours: Day Shifts (ranging from 05.00:14.00)
Salary: 13.95+ ph

About the Role

We are seeking Operations Support Agents who play a critical role in the smooth running of a fast-paced and demanding organisation. You will suit this role if you enjoy problem solving, supporting customers, communicating with customers internally and externally, and working in a high energy environment where no two days are the same. You need to be proactive, resilient, assertive, and organised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer case management
  • Managing complaints, disputes and delivery issues
  • Issue employee hardware, maintain stock and keep records
  • Brief the teams on customer requirements
  • Monitor and track compliance standards
  • Analysis of team performance and service failures
  • Problem solve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Complete daily administration tasks accurately
  • Maintain strict adherence to company procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience in logistics an advantage
