Job summary

A leading tech and engineering company in the UK is seeking an Integration Project Manager to oversee the integration program. This is a 6-month contract requiring SC security clearance. You will develop project plans and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Candidates should have experience in project management, particularly in business integration or M&A environments, along with strong problem-solving skills and financial acumen. Onsite presence is required for at least 3 days a week in Fareham & Romsey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within business integration or M&A environments.
• Strong knowledge of project-management methodologies.

• Commercially savvy with a good understanding of financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring clarity on progress.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integration objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks, maintaining risk logs.
• Define and manage project scope aligned with business needs and budget.
