The Opportunity

Prospero Teaching are partnered with Local Councils and SEND teams throughout the UK. We provide educational support to individuals who are currently out of mainstream education, those seeking additional support and individuals with SEND.

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced SEND Tutor to provide teaching support to a Year 6 student, online.

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have a background and strong understanding of SEN; particularly ADHD.

Position Details:

• Location - Online
• Position - Online SEND Tutor
• Type of work - Contract
• Start date - 01/09/2025
• End date - Ongoing
• Contract type - Temporary
• Rate of pay - 25.00 per hour
• Hours - 9:30am to 2:30pm with lunch break

Experience, Training and Qualifications:

• QTS or equivalent
• Have experience working with SEND / Neurodivergent students
• UK classroom teaching experience

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Hold the right to work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child-related references.
