A prominent healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a dedicated administrator to join the Oncology Administration team. This role requires an individual who can provide comprehensive administrative support, manage patient interactions, and prioritize workload effectively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth service delivery. This position offers a work week of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for career development and flexible working options.
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic administrator to join our Oncology Administration team to provide full administrative support including a reception service for our chemotherapy day unit. The post holder will be expected to organise and prioritise their own workload and to work closely with clinical colleagues in order to ensure the continuity of service for our patients at all times.
This is a great opportunity for an excellent administrator to develop and learn within a complex, fast‑paced environment. You will have excellent team working, interpersonal and communication skills with the vision and enthusiasm to continually develop both yourself and the service. This post is for 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (with at least one day of working late shift of 10:30 – 18:30).
