Spire South Bank Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy department on a part-time basis. You will work alongside specialist oncology nurses and consultants to build rapport with our patients and ensure the highest level of patient care.

Main duties
  • Liaise with specialist nursing staff to ensure appropriate patient workload daily.
  • Utilise your planning skills to ensure all chemotherapy medications are ordered and received ready for treatment.
  • Pre‑assess patients, review test results and assess their safety to proceed to treatment.
  • Review and release medications at discharge.
  • Follow up calls with patients to review side effects and ensure they have all the support they need.
Who we're looking for
  • GPHC registered.
  • Experience within oncology pharmacy is essential.
  • Current dispensing and screening experience.
  • Two years post‑registration experience in oncology desired.
Contract & Hours

Part time 26 hours per week, Monday to Friday, hours between 08:30 – 17:30.
