Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Minimise operational downtime by troubleshooting and repairing all mechanical, electrical and software issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance and perform regular preventative maintenance on applicable equipment.
• Provide technical product training and basic user functionality training to staff when required.
• Escalate technical and mechanical issues to the Operations Manager.
