Job summary

An established educational organization in North London seeks an IT Technician for a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will provide on-site, hands-on IT support across a diverse user base of staff and students. Responsibilities include building and configuring devices, providing technical assistance, and managing user accounts. This role requires a strong customer focus, experience with Microsoft products, and excellent troubleshooting skills during a 40-hour week between 8am to 5pm.

Qualifications
