Pay Rate: £26,600 + Any Shift Premium
Grade: RCS P
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Night shift
Shift patterns: e.g., 4 on, 4 off ( 22:00 - 6:00
Location: Northampton - NN4 9BD

We're looking for OMS Clerk to perform various Administrative and operational tasks for a retail and covenenince warehouse

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders in the OMS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability for orders.
  • Customer Communication: Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any issues that may arise.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve order-related issues, such as discrepancies or delays, in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to order fulfillment, inventory levels, and operational performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Familiarity with Kronos, Smart times and Payroll systems would be beneficial
