The role involves analyzing tender documents, preparing costings, and supporting the submission process. Candidates should have experience in overhead line construction. My client is seeking a skilled Overhead Lines Estimator / Senior Estimator to strengthen their growing Transmission OHL division. This role will focus on pre-construction and estimating activities, supporting the expansion of their overhead line portfolio across the UK.
You'll have the flexibility to be based out of one of their regional offices, with projects covering Scotland, England and Wales. Current and upcoming schemes range from wood pole networks up to 132kV through to steel tower projects from 33kV to 400kV, involving both refurbishment programmes and new build works.
As part of the Transmission team, you'll work closely with experienced delivery specialists, subcontractors and the wider supply chain to make sure tender submissions are clear, competitive and aligned with client requirements.
