You will lead the management and operations, ensuring the highest care standards for children with emotional and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate has a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and significant experience in a children's home setting. We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a London specialist provider of care and support for Children and Young People aged 7 -18 years with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
As a Registered Manager, you will be required to take full responsibility for the leadership, management and day-to-day operations of the children’s home, and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
You will be providing comprehensive support for those with a history of mental health challenges, residential care for children and young people with learning disabilities. Short to long term placements for children, or those with reduced capacity.
