Job summary

A leading energy service provider is seeking a Supervisor for Night Shift based offshore on the Hewett Assets. The role involves overseeing platform removal tasks, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental policies, and liaising with onshore support teams. Candidates should have offshore certification and be able to motivate a team while promoting safety standards. This position offers a fixed term of 9 months with a 2/2 working rota.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
• Ability to identify, investigate, audit and control technical change.
• Act as a change agent, promoting positive change across the asset.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to company safety rules.
• Oversee platform removal ensuring all tasks meet company standards.
• Supervise safety and environmental management systems.

Skills

Ability to deploy engineering & operational standards

Motivate and provide guidance to team

Clear verbal and written communication

Ability to co-ordinate with project engineers

Education

OIM Certification (Preferable)
