We are recruiting for an Office Manager & Personal Assistant to report to our Project Director in our Rail Infrastructure business. You will be responsible for organising and coordinating a variety of office operations including new and existing sites, implementing policies and procedures and contributing to business targets. Within this role, you will have authority for budgetary control and delegated sign off and must be able to work independently and manage your own workload.
You will need to be confident, use your initiative and be able to deal with complex, sensitive matters which require the utmost level of confidentiality and discretion. Managing excellent relationships with Director's client representatives, suppliers and other external parties and assist with coordinating events with key stakeholders.
