Overview

Mango Solutions are looking for an office cleaner for our client in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.

Pay rate £12.21 per hour

Program Mon-Fri: 08:00am to 11:00am

Weekly Tasks for Communal Areas

• Vacuum all carpeted floor areas to the common parts including halls and stairs, landing, corridors, and Estate Manager's office etc.
• Shake out and vacuum all mats and mat-wells.
• Mop and dry all uncarpeted areas including stairs, landings, floors, tiled floors, etc.
• Damp wipe all sills, ledges, banisters, skirting boards, shelves, handrails, doors, etc.
• Spot clean all marks on floor areas, stairs, walls, etc.
• Dust light fittings, storage heaters, radiators, radiator vents, pictures etc.
• Clean tables, chairs and furniture (polished wood surfaces).
• Clean upholstery on chairs etc.
• Empty waste bins and replace liners. Take all refuse to the designated bin areas.

Weekly Tasks for Kitchen in Communal Parts

• Wipe down, disinfect, and remove limescale to sink, draining boards, taps, cupboard doors and worktops.
• Empty all waste bins and take all refuse to the designated bin areas. Check for blockages and spillages, sweep and wash out as necessary.
• Sweep areas of leaves and rubbish in communal area doorways and drying areas.
• Wipe clean interior and exterior of all appliances including microwave, fridge and oven. Remove burnt spillages as necessary.
• Sweep, mop, disinfect and dry non carpeted floor.
• Collect, wash up and dry crockery.
• Clean fridge and microwave internally.

Weekly Tasks for Bathrooms and Toilets in Communal Areas

• Sweep, mop, disinfect and dry floors.
• Wipe down, disinfect and remove limescale to hand basin, taps, basin surrounds, pipe work under basins, sanitary dispensers, warm air hand dryers, walls etc.
• Sanitise and remove limescale to toilet bowl and cistern.
• Clean mirror using glass/mirror cleaner.
• Damp wipe all sills, ledges, toilet roll holders, paper towel dispensers, skirting boards, shelves, handrails, doors etc.
• Empty all waste bins. Take refuse to the designated bin area.
• All soap dispensers, toilet roll, paper towels supplies and odourise dispensers to be checked and filled as necessary.
