Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Support calendar management and meeting room bookings

Office Coordination

  • Maintain office supplies and oversee inventory management

  • Ensure workspaces and communal areas remain well-presented

Document & Record Management

  • Draft, format, and edit business documents and reports

  • Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Team & Business Support

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks, business projects, and administrative duties

  • Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and petty cash (if required)

  • Welcome and assist visitors, representing the business in a professional manner
