We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support, ensuring the smooth and professional running of our day-to-day operations. Administrative Support
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Support calendar management and meeting room bookings
Office Coordination
Maintain office supplies and oversee inventory management
Ensure workspaces and communal areas remain well-presented
Document & Record Management
Draft, format, and edit business documents and reports
Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Team & Business Support
Assist with ad hoc tasks, business projects, and administrative duties
Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and petty cash (if required)
Welcome and assist visitors, representing the business in a professional manner
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or Google Workspace)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
