A leading supplier in the automotive sector in the UK is seeking an Office Administrator to enhance its team. The role involves processing sales and purchase orders, answering customer calls, and supporting the sales team. Ideal candidates should be fluent in English, numerate, and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. SAGE 50 experience is desirable but not essential. This position offers flexible hours with the possibility of full or part-time work.
Ziebe Ltd are a subsidiary of the Förch GmbH Group based in Germany, who are Europe's premium supplier of ‘C’ parts. Ziebe mainly operates in the automotive, marine and industrial after‑markets supplying the 'highest-quality' fixings, fasteners, technical chemicals, hand tools and assembly products direct to franchised and independent garages, refinish body‑shops, auto electricians, agricultural, marine and engineering workshops.
We currently seek an office administrator to further strengthen our office team. Duties include sales order processing, purchase orders, answering customer calls, liaising with the sales team and general office task.
Full or Part time, hours by negotiation.
