Job summary

A catering services company in Newark on Trent is seeking a candidate for a role involving revenue reconciliation, invoice processing, and general administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should have strong Excel skills and previous experience in the hospitality industry, with the ability to work independently. This position offers 25 hours of work per week at £14 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Reconciliation of previous day's revenues and entry into day-books software.
  • Entry of purchase invoices into day-books software.
  • Typing and printing of daily menus.
  • Conduct general administrative tasks.
  • Complete weekly debt analysis and report.
  • Submit weekly paperwork to central office.
  • Conduct stock take input.

  • Close week on day-books software

  • Weekly paperwork submission to central office
  • Stock take input
  • Weekly menu typing & printing
