The College Office Administrator is a customer-facing role managing the College Office and reception area at Lord Wandsworth College. The role provides a first point of contact for LWC and ensures that key stakeholders are given clear and up-to-date information regarding any enquiries received. Our College Office team plays a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer journey to ensure people feel welcomed and valued during their time at LWC. The College Office provides administrative support for a wide range of departments across the organisation, including academic, pastoral and business staff, with day-to-day data collection, systems maintenance and report production. These systems are user-friendly, and technical support and training will be provided. Contract: Permanent, term-time only (33 weeks) plus 4 additional weeks. Core working hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, with some flexibility at the end of the day as necessary.
