Overview

Office Administrator
NJC Scale 4, Points 7-11 (£26,403 - £28,142 FTE)
37 hours, term time only + 1 week
Permanent position available as soon as possible

Stourport Primary Academy are looking to appoint an Office Administrator to join their dedicated and established team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting all administrative processes ensuring efficient operations are in place to underpin the smooth running of the school. The post holder will report directly to the Head of School, providing high quality support and will be the initial contact for parents, visitors and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Support all administrative processes to ensure efficient operations for the smooth running of the school.
  • Provide high quality administrative support to the Head of School and act as the initial contact for parents, visitors and other stakeholders.
