Job Summary

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will provide administrative activities across a range of functions from purchasing to compliance activities. There is also an expectation to provide cover and back up for other members of the Operations team as required.

Job Duties
Purchasing Activities
  • Daily processing of Purchase Orders within the ERP system
  • Expedite orders and update information for internal teams
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams on resolution of delivery issues
  • General purchasing and office administration tasks
  • Import data reconciliation
  • Purchase invoice query resolution
  • Daily reporting and data sharing
Compliance Activities
  • Perform compliance checks on prospect and new customers
  • Review compliance checks on existing customers every 2 years
  • Identify potential risks and elevate to Compliance officer based in US head office for guidance and clearance
  • Work closely with customer service on new and existing distributors Third Party Guidance clearance and renewals
  • Prepare reports on compliance activities for management review
Skills Desired
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (to include Excel as a minimum)
