6-Month Temporary Contract | Onsite | Temp to Perm potential

Location : Eccles

27k-£29k per annum (pro rata)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Administrator to join their team on a 6-month temporary contract, with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.

This is a key onsite position, ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys being at the centre of a business, supporting managers and interacting with teams across all levels.

The Role
  • Providing administrative support to managers, including diary management
  • Maintaining records, including engineering maintenance and operational documentation
  • Supporting safety initiatives and document control processes
  • Managing orders, bookings, travel arrangements, and meetings
  • Updating internal systems, spreadsheets, and Excel-based reports
  • Acting as a central point of contact within the office
The Candidate
  • Ideally 3 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong IT skills, with confidence using systems, software, and Excel
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly, confident, and approachable – a strong communicator who fits well in an onsite environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting
  • Manufacturing / Engineering sector experience welcomed
The Opportunity
  • 6-month temporary assignment with the potential to go permanent
  • 35-hour working week
  • Working hours : 9 : 00am – 4 : 45pm
  • Full-time, onsite role
  • Based in Eccles
