While previous experience in a school setting is a bonus, it is not essential as we are primarily looking for strong office skills. Training on specific aspects of school life will be provided.

Day‑to‑day of the role:
  • Greeting and assisting visitors, students, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Managing incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring accurate message taking and prompt distribution.
  • Maintaining reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner.
