Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist with advanced clinical skills and a passion for community-based rehabilitation to join our dynamic therapy team in Bideford. You will work within an integrated team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Support Workers to provide holistic, person-centred care in patients' homes and community settings.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape how we deliver therapy services across the North Devon community, while developing your leadership and advanced practice skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and intervention to patients in the community.
  • Work closely with the Therapy Team Lead and Advanced Practice Physiotherapist to develop and improve services.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to patients, families, and carers.
