Location: North Powys


About the role: This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Occupational Therapist in the Occupational Therapy Team in North Powys. We are a friendly and supportive team. Your role will be to assess people’s needs and provide advice, equipment, and adaptations in people’s homes to support them to live independently and safely.

What you will do


  • Gather further information on people’s needs.

  • Assess people’s needs under Social Services and Well Being Act and Housing, Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.

  • Record information accurately on the council’s ICT systems,

  • Make appropriate referrals to partner agencies,

  • Work with social work, housing and other teams and agencies to support a person to meet their outcomes.


This position has a requirement for an Enhanced DBS Check
