You’ll deliver proactive care, assist with health initiatives, and ensure compliance with health standards. Candidates must have a recognised qualification in Occupational Health Technicians. Are you passionate about promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace? Were looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Occupational Health Technician (OHT) to join our cutting‑edge aerospace manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by supporting the health of our workforce and contributing to a high‑performing Occupational Health service. Youll work closely with our Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) to deliver proactive, professional, and compassionate care across the site.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Conducting health surveillance, wellness screenings, and new starter assessments
  • Supporting health promotion initiatives and collaborating with Mental Health First Aiders
  • Assisting with case management and escalating concerns appropriately
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining accurate, confidential records
  • Advising on ergonomic solutions, PPE, and safe systems of work
  • Maintaining health screening equipment and supporting clinical audits
  • Providing data insights and supporting the development of Occupational Health services
What We’re Looking For
