A healthcare services provider in Newport is seeking an experienced professional to act as a clinical lead within their Occupational Health service. You will support and train Occupational Health Advisors and Technicians while managing complex cases and improving quality and safety standards. The role requires travel to various sites and strong clinical guidance to ensure the best outcomes for clients. This opportunity is crucial for the enhancement of service provisions and client satisfaction.
The post holder will contribute to our Occupational Health and Well‑being Service and play a key role in the ongoing development of our company and service provision for clients. This role involves interacting with key clients alongside the delivery of occupational health services to these clients. In addition, the post holder will act as clinical lead, as a consultant supporting the remainder clinical staff for nominated clients. The role includes improving quality and safety standards, delivery of targets, service modernisation, cost reduction programme, governance and risk. This role is aaperipateticrole so you may be required to travel to sites and locations within an area to complete work.
