Job summary

A regional law enforcement agency in the East Midlands is looking for a part-time Occupational Health & Wellbeing Advisor to promote wellbeing and optimize attendance. The role involves managing case processes, advising staff and HR, and participating in health case conferences. Salary: £42,612 - £50,949

Working as our Occupational Health & Wellbeing Advisor you’ll deliver and evolve a forward-thinking Occupational health service. You’ll actively promote wellbeing to optimise attendance and empower our people to thrive.

You will be contributing to a culture where wellbeing and high performance are aligned.

This is a part time opportunity 29.6 hrs per week.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Undertaking case management and producing management reports to assess and authorise recuperative duties, adjustments and return to work programmes.
  • Providing advice, guidance and support to staff, managers and HR
  • Participating in a range of case conferences, providing health/ medical advise to assist with decision making
The must haves
  • Registered nurse and hold a post graduate diploma or undergraduate degree in Occupational Health
  • Experience of working as an Occupational Health Advisor, providing advice and guidance
  • Knowledge of health surveillance and fitness for work assessments
