Overview

Home Manager- Norfolk. My client is a small but expanding provider with a portfolio of good rated homes in East Anglia. Due to internal movement they are currently seeking to recruit an experienced manager for a medium sized nursing home on the Norfolk/East Cambridge border. This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced and truly values based provider who have won awards for their care provision and the quality of their homes. They are looking for a home manager with a proven track record gained in successful homes but equally the candidate must share their dedication and innovative approach to care.

Responsibilities
  • Day to day operational management of the home to ensure it provides and maintains the highest levels of care and service
  • Ensuring that care plans and all records are up to date and maintained
  • Staff management, supervision, development, training and recruitment
  • Ensuring the home meets and where possible exceeds CQC standards
  • Working with the senior management team to develop new services within the home, introducing new projects and initiatives to enhance the resident experience
  • Auditing, quality assurance and management reporting
Requirements
  • Nursing PIN or experience gained managing in a nursing home
  • Level 5 Diploma or equivalent management qualification
