Job Title: Nursery Teacher (Mini Meadow) – Main Scale/Upper Scale +2 SEN with Whole School Responsibility

Location: Pens Meadow School at Ridge Hill, Brierley Hill Road, Wordsley DY8 5ST and Pens Meadow School at Tiled House Lane, Pensnett DY5 4LN

We are opening a brand-new nursery, Mini Meadow within our new school site. Pens Meadow School is seeking an innovative, creative and inspiring Nursery Teacher to join our highly successful team. This is an opportunity to shape the very beginning of our children’s learning journeys in a caring environment filled with awe, wonder and endless possibilities.

Opening in January 2026, our nursery aims to be a supportive environment where pupils with complex learning needs, including medical conditions and autism, feel valued and able to thrive. From January 2026, Pens Meadow will provide quality education for 140 pupils aged 4 to 19 alongside our nursery. The school is committed to high standards, teamwork and the best outcomes for every child in our care. The school also notes the outcome of its most recent OfSTED inspection in May 2025.
