To apply, you should have...

Ideally a Level 3 qualification in early years childcare, Level 2 will be accepted with appropriate experience. Qualification must be full and relevant.

Experience of working within an early years setting and effectively managing, motivating and leading a team

Experience of being a key worker or equivalent, making observations and maintaining individual learning journals.

Proven knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework, children’s development and all aspects of child safeguarding.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions effectively.

Willingness to undertake further training related to the role and proven commitment to developing your own skills and expertise
