Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join a vibrant, nurturing nursery setting in the L19, South Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, supportive environment where children come first.

The Role
  • Lead, inspire and support a small team of nursery practitioners
  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s development in line with the EYFS
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and staff
  • Monitor progress, complete observations and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and all statutory requirements are met
About You
  • Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years / Childcare
  • Experienced in leading or mentoring staff within an early years setting
  • Confident with the EYFS framework and child development practices
  • A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Passionate about creating enriching learning experiences
