Job description

Overview

We are recruiting for a nursery room leader. You must possess a level 3 qualification in childcare as well as have previous experience working as a room leader to apply for this role.

The role is a full-time, year-round position (40 hours per week), with shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 18:00 (not the same times every day).

Responsibilities

Many of the traditional responsibilities of a Room Leader in other nurseries—such as staffing, rotas, absences, ratios, and training—are managed by our administrator. This role will therefore focus on overseeing the smooth planning and day-to-day running of the room.

Qualifications and experience

• Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
• Experience working in a nursery as a room leader (essential)
• Driving Licence (preferred)

Salary paying up to: £35k per year
