• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that meet the individual needs and interests of each child.
• Supervise and mentor nursery staff, encouraging professional development and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and early years curriculum.
• Maintain open and regular communication with parents, providing feedback on their child's development and well-being.
• Contribute to the nursery's policies and practices to foster a positive atmosphere and achieve excellence in care.
• Support the management team in promoting high standards of care and education, ensuring the nursery achieves excellent inspection outcomes.

Qualifications
