Overview

Nursery Practitioner - Leighton Buzzard

Location: Leighton Buzzard

Start Date: September 2025

Hours: Flexible between 8am - 6pm

Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting children in their early years development, learning, and play
  • Encouraging creativity, physical development, and sensory exploration
  • Engaging in both structured and free-flow outdoor and indoor activities
  • Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
  • Working closely with colleagues and parents to support each child's needs
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Early Years or Childcare
  • Passionate about early childhood education and outdoor learning
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a supportive team player
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Keen to continue growing through ongoing training and professional development

Experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred, but we welcome newly qualified practitioners looking for their first role.
