About our Nursery

Busy Bees Inverness is a 82 place nursery and is in a stunningly converted Victorian villa split across 2 levels having the convenience of a car parking facility. Our nursery boasts extensive, breath–taking, landscaped gardens. Shhh we even have our very own secret garden for our Pre‑School children to explore, play, build, create, imagine, and use their senses to experience the outdoor environment and engage with one another to their hearts desire developing and nurturing their love for nature.

Role Responsibilities
What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner
  • Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
  • Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Curriculum for Excellence and Realising the Ambition.
  • Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
Required Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
  • Skills: Good communication, capable of excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
